To protect everyone's health and with regard to the national coronavirus emergency situation, we have implemented a few temporary measures at Robot-X. With all these actions we aim to be able to sustain our company's operation and provide our Customers with our services on the widest possible spectrum, in the highest quality and yet in a safe and careful way.
Entry to the
Robot-X sites is now subject to a basic health assessment and a travel history statement until the measures are revoked. We kindly ask our visitors to inform their contact person in advance of their intention to visit, who will also be able to advise you on the next steps to be taken. Visitors showing feverish and flu-like symptoms, especially coughing, can not enter our premises. In such cases we encourage anyone to use our electronic communication channels as well as contacting our colleagues via telephone.
As of March 13, 2020, the above entry rules apply to our own employees too. Our colleagues who have been abroad for the past two weeks or who have recently had any flu-like illness in their family or close environment have been asked to work from home quarantine in order to provide others with a safe workplace. In addition to the hygienic services already available at our sites, we have installed hand disinfection stations.
Our state licensed
robot operator and robot programmer training courses for companies and individuals will be postponed until the end of the virus emergency situation, in accordance with state regulations. For professional forwarders, courier services, postal services we provide the usual delivery and reception hours (Mon-Fri 8-16:30, Fri 8-14:00). Our warehouse is running smoothly - with our colleagues following the company's health prevention recommendations.
For those colleagues who can do their jobs remotely, we have allowed to work from home to reduce personal contact and commuting. Our staff is available to our customers, partners and suppliers - but we kindly ask you to use the telephone and electronic channels as your primary contact point now!
Our sales and project management colleagues are mainly available via phone, Skype and email. If you would like to receive information and assistance on a future or ongoing project, please use the tools and apps listed above! The same applies to financial and other backoffice-related requests.
