Career orientation programs of secondary educational institutions are taking place in the last weeks of the year. At Robot-X, we believe in the importance of sustainable cooperation with technology-related educational institutions, and as a potential future employer we thrive to inform students about modern technologies and carreer opportunities. Within the European Vocational Skills Week, we provide the surrounding vocational schools with the opportunity to visit our plant in Sződ.

The purpose of these visits is to familiarize students with the stat-of-art network of manufacturing processes, and to show them how different production functions cooperate in practice. We provide insights on how particular jobs take part in a complex automation project (for example: elaboration, mounting, programming). During this programme students also have a chance to talk with our department managers, so to discuss important questions about aspects of the work.
Important to us is to raise awareness in the students about requirements, competencies which are going to be specific for the future „industry 4.0” working environment. For graduate students, we give detailed information about our trainee programme as well as the summer student work offers at Robot-X.
