Robot-X's 12 years of success and development could not have been achieved without the knowledge, creativity and ingenuity of our colleagues. The oldest members of the team have been with the company for more than 10 years, but a large number of new people have also been added to our staff each year. In order to ensure everyone can quickly become an active team member and to help provide a smooth workflow and efficient communication between colleagues, we organize training sessions on a regular basis. Spontaneous team building events are also frequently held, typically organized by the departments or groups of friends within the company. On 6 July this year, we organized a little get-together for the entire X team, called X-Day.

 

In the morning, nearly thirty Robot-X employees donated blood to the Hungarian Red Cross at our offices in Sződ. Thanks to this event, the Hungarian Red Cross and the National Blood Supply Service added our company to the list of blood donor locations and, more importantly, our voluntary donors provided a potentially life-saving supply of blood, enough for almost 90 people, which is in crucial need during the summer period. Robot-X was proud to sponsor the event and will continue to pursue this form of social engagement in the future.

 

The afternoon program of X-Day included a goulash cooking and barbecue contest, beer tasting and various sporting events. As the X-Day was organized during the Football World Cup, a favorite sport of the team, football was in the spotlight all day. Our colleagues competed in bubble football, foosball and professional freestyle, but table tennis and archery were also among the most popular events.
